How Do I Make A Workgroup?

This is for fermilab affiliated groups only.
Please also do not make workgroups for very small groups of computers (less than 10). The amount of effort to create and maintain workgroups for very small workgroups is greater than if you simply used kickstart and some scripts.

2. workgroup maintainer(s)
   Names, e-mail addresses, and kerberos principle names
3. which Fermi Linux release(s)
4. How many systems are expected to use it.
