This should be set correctly on all "recent" (in the last 2-3 months) versions
of 5.2.1, at least since we made the final release. Maybe Bruce picked up an
old, beta version of 5.2.1.

flpr is installed and set during the core FUE installation which is handled by
the UAS group.
