Fermi Linux 5.2.1 CD's

To re-iterate: We only provide CD's to off site people (i.e., home users, and
those at collaborating institutions).

On site people must use the network installation method which requires a
floppy that is available from the PREP desk at FCC or from Yolanda at WH8NE.
