LK461 keyboard

I'm testing a LK461 keyboard here. It is a pain to use EDT/TPU from
the usual PC keyboards, and it looked like this might help the folks
who want to still get at their VMS files. Since the keyboard driver
is supposed to have LK450 support in it, this looked hopeful.

I copied the us.map.gz to us-lk450.map.gz, making the changes that
seemed relevant (comparing sg-latin1-lk450 and sg-latin1), and used
kbdconfig. The keypad is still not quite all there (no signal from
PF1 and - ; PF2-4 are /*- , etc).

Is this a solved problem?
