You can try taking the sound card stuff out of isapnp.conf and running
'sndconfig' as root. Redhat 6.0 has the new 2.2 kernel which has some
PnP support built in. Isapnp is probably not working because the
kernel has already setup the sound card. Also, try
'cat /proc/interrupts' and 'cat /proc/dma' to see if the sound card
is already using any IRQs/DMAs, and 'cat /proc/sound' to see if it
has recognized the card.
