Boot Floppy Defect

I don't know it's purely my luck or what. I tried the first 5.0.32 boot
disk, its 32nd sector was defected. Went to FCC and got another one, had
the same defect. I mounted the RH5.0 boot disk just to check if there was
anything wrong with my floppy drive. Nope, it was all fine.

Anyone aware of this problem? Were those floppies ever checked before
given to FCC checkout counter? TIA.
